Caryn Demarest

Caryn Demarest, aka Ms. Caryn, joined the Pocono Invitational Family in the summer or 1991. A former camper, Ms. Caryn has held several roles at the camp ever since middle school including working as a busgirl, lifeguard, and camp canteen operator.  Upon graduating from college and getting her license in Athletic Training and Education, Ms. Caryn moved down to Athens, Georgia to work as a Trainer with the University of Georgia’s athletic department. During this time she primarily worked with Women’s Gymnastics while earning her Masters degree. She could not stay away from the Poconos for long, returning each summer to work as a camp athletic trainer! During the year Ms. Caryn is an Elementary Health and Physical Education Teacher as an enthusiastic, sometimes over the top, Georgia Bulldog Fan! Go Dawgs!
