Dave Hooker

Dave “Hook” Hooker started working at Pocono Invitational Basketball Camp in the summer of 1991 and has had many roles within the company over the past three decades. Following his playing days at Division III William Paterson University, Coach Hook began his coaching career at WPU as an assistant before returning to his alma mater, North Plainfield High School. In the year 2000 Coach Hooker became the Head Boys Varsity Coach serving for 13 years and then 3 years as the Head Girl Varsity Coach. Coach Hooker is currently the boy’s basketball coach at Valley View Middle School in Watchung New Jersey, and he resides in Middletown, New Jersey with his wife Maureen, their two sons Cort and Max, and their dog Milo.
